All products sold by Regenwell PH are supplied strictly for laboratory research and educational study. They are not intended for human or animal use. We do not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or treatment guidance.

A Certificate of Analysis confirms the compound's purity percentage and verifies it matches the listed substance. We publish COAs because transparency is non-negotiable in research-grade supply.

Most compounds are available in three formats:

• Vial + BAC Water: The compound vial plus bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. Best for researchers who already have syringes and supplies.
• Complete Set: Vial + BAC water + syringe(s) — everything needed to begin research in one package.
• Kit (10 vials): Bulk supply for ongoing or extended research. Significant savings per vial vs. single orders.

Ordering is straightforward:

• Browse our catalog and select the compound and variant (Vial, Complete Set, or Kit)
• Add to cart and proceed to checkout
• Enter your shipping address and choose a payment method
• Complete payment — you'll receive an order confirmation email

We ship nationwide across the Philippines via courier with tracking.

• Metro Manila: 1–2 business days
• Provincial (Luzon/Visayas/Mindanao): 2–5 business days depending on location

Shipping options and rates at checkout:

• J&T Express (nationwide): ₱125. Free on orders of ₱10,000 or more.
• Lalamove same-day (Metro Manila only): flat ₱160 on any order value.
• Cash on Delivery via J&T (nationwide): ₱250, orders from ₱2,500 to ₱9,999.99 only.

Orders are processed Monday–Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

All orders are packed with compound integrity in mind. Vials are wrapped and secured to prevent breakage. Packaging is discreet — there is no branding on the outside of the box that identifies the contents.

Our standard pricing and delivery times apply within the Philippines. For addresses outside the Philippines only the 10-vial Kit format is offered, at the price shown at checkout for your market. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they are processed for shipping. Contact us immediately via our contact page or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Once an order has been packed and handed to the courier, we are unable to cancel or redirect it.

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

• GCash
• Maya (PayMaya)
• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Bank Transfer
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders from ₱2,500 to ₱9,999.99, nationwide. Choose the Cash on Delivery (JnT) shipping option (₱250, covers courier and COD handling) and then select Cash on Delivery as the payment method. Kits and orders of ₱10,000 or more are prepaid only and ship free.

Prepaid payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. COD orders placed with a different shipping option are adjusted to the COD rate before dispatch.

Yes. Our website runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms globally. All transactions are encrypted with SSL (you'll see the padlock icon in your browser). We do not store your card details — payment is processed directly through Shopify's secure payment gateway.

Discount codes are entered at checkout. On the checkout page, look for the "Discount code or gift card" field, enter your code, and click Apply. The discount will be applied to your order total before payment.

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Due to the nature of our products (research-grade compounds), we do not accept returns once an order has been opened or used.

We will issue a replacement or full refund if:

• Your order arrives damaged
• The wrong product was sent
• The product is defective or fails quality verification

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Contact us via our contact page or email us directly.

First, check your tracking number (sent via email after dispatch). If tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, contact the courier directly with your tracking reference.

If your package is significantly delayed (more than 3 business days beyond estimated delivery for Metro Manila, or 7 days for provincial), contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

General storage guidelines for research compounds:

• Lyophilized (powder) peptides: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage (3+ months), keep in a freezer at -20°C.
• After reconstitution with BAC water: Store in a refrigerator at 2–8°C. Use within the timeframe appropriate for the specific compound.
• Avoid freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution — this degrades compound integrity.

Specific storage recommendations may vary by compound. Refer to your COA or contact us for compound-specific guidance.

Bacteriostatic Water (BAC water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which acts as a preservative. It is the standard reconstitution solution used in peptide research because it extends the stability of the reconstituted compound compared to plain sterile water.

Our Complete Set and Kit options include BAC water. You can also purchase it separately from our Research Supplies collection.
