At Regenwell PH, we supply research-grade peptide compounds intended for laboratory, scientific, and educational use only.

All products sold by Regenwell PH are supplied strictly for laboratory research and educational study. They are not intended for human or animal use. We do not provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or treatment guidance.

A Certificate of Analysis confirms the compound's purity percentage and verifies it matches the listed substance. We publish COAs because transparency is non-negotiable in research-grade supply.

Most compounds are available in three formats:

• Vial + BAC Water: The compound vial plus bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. Best for researchers who already have syringes and supplies.
• Complete Set: Vial + BAC water + syringe(s), everything needed to begin research in one package.
• Kit (10 vials): Bulk supply for ongoing or extended research. Significant savings per vial vs. single orders.

We are regularly adding new compounds based on community research interest. If you're looking for something we don't yet carry, message us via contact page or in our WhatsApp community. We take catalog requests seriously.

Ordering takes four steps:

• Browse our catalog and select the compound and format (Vial, Complete Set, or Kit)
• Add to cart and proceed to checkout
• Enter your shipping address and choose how you want to pay: GCash, bank transfer, card via Wise, or Cash on Delivery
• Place the order. Your payment details then appear on the confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Send the payment, reply with a screenshot, and we dispatch.

We ship nationwide across the Philippines by J&T Express with tracking, and by Lalamove within Metro Manila.

Dispatch: orders paid by 12 noon, Monday to Saturday, ship the same day. Payments confirmed after noon, on a Sunday or on a public holiday ship the next business day. For GCash, bank transfer and card payments the clock starts when we receive your payment, not when you place the order. Cash on Delivery orders ship the next business day after we confirm the order with you by message.

Island provinces (Palawan, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Masbate, Catanduanes, Batanes) can take 1 to 2 days longer than the Luzon figure. The exact window for your address is shown under the shipping option at checkout, and you receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping options and rates at checkout:

• J&T Express (nationwide): ₱125. Free on orders of ₱10,000 or more.
• Lalamove same-day (Metro Manila only): flat ₱160 on any order value.
• Cash on Delivery via J&T (nationwide): ₱250, orders from ₱2,500 to ₱9,999.99 only.

All orders are packed with compound integrity in mind. Vials are wrapped and secured to prevent breakage. Packaging is discreet: there is no branding on the outside of the box that identifies the contents.

Our standard pricing and delivery times apply within the Philippines. For addresses outside the Philippines only the 10-vial Kit format is offered, at the price shown at checkout for your market. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they are processed for shipping. Contact us immediately via our contact page or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Once an order has been packed and handed to the courier, we are unable to cancel or redirect it.

You choose one of these at checkout:

• GCash: send to our GCash account after placing the order
• Bank transfer: InstaPay or PESONet transfer to our bank account after placing the order
• Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard): paid through a secure Wise payment link we send you
• Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders from ₱2,500 to ₱9,999.99, nationwide. Choose the Cash on Delivery (JnT) shipping option (₱250, covers courier and COD handling) and then select Cash on Delivery as the payment method. Kits and orders of ₱10,000 or more are prepaid only and ship free.

Payment is not taken on the checkout page itself. When you place the order, the account details for the method you chose appear on the confirmation page and in your order confirmation email.

• Open your order confirmation email (check spam and promotions if it is not in your inbox). The payment details for the method you chose are at the top.
• Send the exact order total by GCash or bank transfer, or pay the Wise link if you chose card.
• Reply to the confirmation email with a screenshot of the payment, or send it to hello@regenwellph.com with your order number.
• We confirm receipt and dispatch on the schedule above. You receive a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves.

Please pay within 24 hours of ordering. Unpaid orders are held for 48 hours and then cancelled; if you still want the items after that, simply place a new order. Do not place a second order to "try another payment method": reply to the email instead and we will switch it for you.

Yes. Our website runs on Shopify and your order and address details are encrypted (you'll see the padlock icon in your browser). We never ask for your card number, GCash PIN or online-banking password: GCash and bank payments go from your own app to our named account, and card payments are handled on Wise's secure payment page. Our account details are shown only on your order confirmation, never in public posts or chats. If someone messages you claiming to be Regenwell PH with different account details, do not pay; contact us at hello@regenwellph.com.

Discount codes are entered at checkout. On the checkout page, look for the "Discount code or gift card" field, enter your code, and click Apply. The discount will be applied to your order total before payment.

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Due to the nature of our products (research-grade compounds), we do not accept returns once an order has been opened or used.

We will issue a replacement or full refund if:

• Your order arrives damaged
• The wrong product was sent
• The product is defective or fails quality verification

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Contact us via our contact page or email us directly.

First, check your tracking number (sent via email after dispatch). If tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, contact the courier directly with your tracking reference.

If your package is more than 2 business days past the delivery window shown at checkout (for example, past day 4 for Metro Manila, day 6 for Luzon, or day 9 for Visayas and Mindanao, counted from dispatch), contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

General storage guidelines for research compounds:

• Lyophilized (powder) peptides: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage (3+ months), keep in a freezer at -20°C.
• After reconstitution with BAC water: Store in a refrigerator at 2–8°C. Use within the timeframe appropriate for the specific compound.
• Avoid freeze-thaw cycles after reconstitution, as this degrades compound integrity.

Specific storage recommendations may vary by compound. Refer to your COA or contact us for compound-specific guidance.

Bacteriostatic Water (BAC water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which acts as a preservative. It is the standard reconstitution solution used in peptide research because it extends the stability of the reconstituted compound compared to plain sterile water.

Our Complete Set and Kit options include BAC water. You can also purchase it separately from our Research Supplies collection.
