New to Regenwell PH? This guide walks you through everything, from choosing the right compound to receiving your order. It takes less than 5 minutes to place your first order.

Part 1: Find Your Research Compound

Most compounds are available in three formats. Choose the one that fits your research setup:

The compound vial plus bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. Best if you already have syringes and supplies.

Vial + BAC water + syringe(s). Everything in one package. No need to source supplies separately.

📦 Kit (10 Vials)

Bulk supply for ongoing research. Best value per vial, with significant savings vs. buying individually.

Part 2: Placing Your Order

Add to Cart

On the product page, select your preferred variant from the dropdown, then click Add to Cart. The cart icon at the top right of the page will update.

You can add multiple products to your cart before checking out. To view your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the page.

Apply a Discount Code (If You Have One)

If you have a discount code (e.g., from signing up to our email list), you'll enter it at checkout, not in the cart.

At checkout, look for the field labeled "Discount code or gift card", enter your code, and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your total automatically.

Enter Your Shipping Details and Pick a Shipping Option

At checkout, fill in your delivery information:

  • Full name
  • Complete address (include barangay, city/municipality, province, and zip code)
  • Mobile number: the courier will contact you for delivery coordination
  • Email address: for your order confirmation, payment details and tracking number

The shipping options for your province then appear, each with its delivery window: J&T (₱125, free from ₱10,000), Lalamove same-day in Metro Manila (₱160), or Cash on Delivery by J&T (₱250, orders ₱2,500 to ₱9,999.99).

💡 Double-check your mobile number. Couriers in the Philippines often call or text before delivery, especially for provincial addresses.

Choose How You Will Pay

Payment is not taken on the checkout page. You pick the method here, place the order, and then pay using the details we show you. Choose one:

💚 GCashSend to our GCash account after ordering. Details on the confirmation page and email.
🏦 Bank transferInstaPay or PESONet to our bank account after ordering. Details on the confirmation page and email.
💳 Credit or debit cardVisa or Mastercard through a secure Wise payment link we send you after ordering.
💵 Cash on DeliveryPay the J&T courier in cash. Orders ₱2,500 to ₱9,999.99 only.
💵 Cash on Delivery: in the shipping step choose Cash on Delivery (JnT) (₱250, covers courier and COD handling), then choose Cash on Delivery as the payment method and have the exact amount ready for the courier. Kits and orders of ₱10,000 or more are prepaid only and ship free.

Place the Order, Then Pay

Review your order summary (items, quantities, shipping address, total) and click Complete order. You then see a confirmation page, and an order confirmation email arrives within a minute. Both show the payment details for the method you chose.

  1. Send the exact order total by GCash or bank transfer, or open the Wise link and pay by card.
  2. Reply to the confirmation email with a screenshot of the payment, or send it to hello@regenwellph.com with your order number.
  3. We confirm receipt and your order moves to dispatch. Cash on Delivery orders skip this step; we confirm the order with you by message instead.

Please pay within 24 hours. Unpaid orders are held for 48 hours and then cancelled.

💡 Can't find your confirmation email? Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, contact us with your name and the email address you used. Please do not place a second order to try another payment method; reply to the email and we will switch it for you.

Part 3: After Your Order

Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch: orders paid by 12 noon, Monday to Saturday, ship the same day. Payments confirmed after noon, on a Sunday or on a public holiday ship the next business day. The clock starts when we receive your payment, not when you place the order. Cash on Delivery orders ship the next business day after we confirm the order with you.

Delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Manila: 1 to 2 business days by J&T, or same day by Lalamove
  • Luzon outside Metro Manila: 2 to 4 business days (island provinces such as Palawan, Mindoro and Masbate may take 1 to 2 days longer)
  • Visayas and Mindanao: 5 to 7 business days

In practice that means Metro Manila orders arrive within 1 to 3 days of payment, Luzon within 2 to 5 days, and Visayas and Mindanao within 8 days. You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel is dispatched; use it on the J&T website or app to follow the delivery.

Inspect Your Package on Arrival

When your order arrives:

  • Check that the package is undamaged before signing for it
  • Open and inspect vials for any breakage or leakage
  • Verify your order matches what you purchased

If anything is wrong, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund; see our Refund Policy for details.

Store Your Compounds Correctly

Proper storage protects compound integrity:

  • Before reconstitution (powder/lyophilized): Keep in a cool, dry place away from light. For long-term storage, freeze at -20°C.
  • After reconstitution with BAC water: Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
