How to Order

Browse by Research Area

We organize our catalog by the type of research the compound is most commonly studied in. Start with the category that matches your area of interest:

Read the Product Page

Each product page includes:

• A description of how the compound is typically studied in research
• Available variants and pricing
• A link to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for that compound

Take a few minutes to read the product description before selecting a variant. Our Research Journal also has deeper write-ups on popular compounds.

Choose Your Variant

Most compounds are available in three formats. Choose the one that fits your research setup:

Add to Cart

On the product page, select your preferred variant from the dropdown, then click Add to Cart. The cart icon at the top right of the page will update.

You can add multiple products to your cart before checking out. To view your cart, click the cart icon at the top of the page.

Apply a Discount Code (If You Have One)

If you have a discount code (e.g., from signing up to our email list), you'll enter it at checkout — not in the cart.

At checkout, look for the field labeled "Discount code or gift card", enter your code, and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your total automatically.

Enter Your Shipping Details

At checkout, fill in your delivery information:

• Full name
• Complete address (include barangay, city/municipality, province, and zip code)
• Mobile number — the courier will contact you for delivery coordination
• Email address — for your order confirmation and tracking number

Choose a Payment Method

Select your preferred payment method. We accept:

Prepaid payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We do not store your payment details.

Complete Your Order

Review your order summary — items, quantities, shipping address, and total — then click Pay Now (or the equivalent button for your payment method).

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll immediately receive:

• ✅ An order confirmation email with your order number
• 📦 A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number (sent once your order is dispatched)

Track Your Shipment

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to check delivery status directly on the courier's website or app.

Estimated delivery times:

• Metro Manila: 1–2 business days after dispatch
• Provincial areas (Luzon / Visayas / Mindanao): 2–5 business days after dispatch

Orders are processed Monday–Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Inspect Your Package on Arrival

When your order arrives:

• Check that the package is undamaged before signing for it
• Open and inspect vials for any breakage or leakage
• Verify your order matches what you purchased

If anything is wrong, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

Store Your Compounds Correctly

Proper storage protects compound integrity:

• Before reconstitution (powder/lyophilized): Keep in a cool, dry place away from light. For long-term storage, freeze at -20°C.
• After reconstitution with BAC water: Refrigerate at 2–8°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
