Regenwell PH supplies laboratory research compounds intended strictly for research and educational use only. Due to the sensitive and regulated nature of these products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Regenwell PH are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and payment has been verified, except in cases outlined under Damaged or Incorrect Orders below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Research compounds and laboratory materials
  • Products that have been opened, handled, or stored after delivery
  • Orders placed with incorrect product selection or variant choice
  • Orders delayed due to courier, customs, or external factors beyond our control
  • Orders refused or abandoned by the recipient

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is:

  • Damaged during transit, or
  • Incorrect due to a fulfillment error on our part

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the package and product upon arrival
  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved cases may be eligible for:

  • Replacement of the affected item, or
  • Store credit, at our discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

Once payment has been confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.

Unpaid or unverified orders may be cancelled automatically without notice.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Regenwell PH is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect address details provided by the customer
  • Customs inspections or delays

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Regenwell PH may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account restriction
  • Permanent refusal of future service

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

Research Use Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • Products are purchased strictly for laboratory research or educational purposes
  • Products are not intended for human or animal use
  • You understand the non-returnable nature of research compounds

Failure to comply with this acknowledgment voids any eligibility for review or compensation.
