Shipping Policy
Regenwell PH ships nationwide across the Philippines from Quezon City by J&T Express, with tracking, and by Lalamove within Metro Manila. This page states exactly when we dispatch and how long delivery takes, so you know what to expect before you pay.
1. When your order ships
- Orders paid by 12 noon, Monday to Saturday, are dispatched the same day.
- Payments confirmed after 12 noon, on a Sunday or on a Philippine public holiday are dispatched the next business day.
- For GCash, bank transfer and card (Wise) payments, the clock starts when we receive your payment and screenshot, not when you place the order. Please pay within 24 hours of ordering; unpaid orders are held for 48 hours and then cancelled.
- Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched the next business day after we confirm the order with you by message.
- You receive a shipping confirmation email with the J&T tracking number the moment the parcel leaves us. Lalamove orders receive the rider details by message.
2. Delivery times after dispatch

Island provinces in Luzon (Palawan, Occidental and Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Masbate, Catanduanes, Batanes) can take 1 to 2 days longer than the Luzon figure. The delivery window for your own address is shown under each shipping option at checkout. Delivery times are courier estimates; weather, holidays and remote barangays can add days, and we will tell you if we learn of a delay.
3. Shipping rates
- J&T Express, nationwide: ₱125. Free on orders of ₱10,000 or more.
- Lalamove, Metro Manila only: flat ₱160 on any order value.
- Cash on Delivery by J&T, nationwide: ₱250, which covers the courier fee and COD handling. Available on orders from ₱2,500 to ₱9,999.99. Orders of ₱10,000 or more are prepaid only.
4. Packaging
Vials are individually wrapped and secured against breakage. Outer packaging is plain, with no product branding or description of the contents.
5. Changes and cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before packing. Email hello@regenwellph.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
6. Late, lost or damaged parcels
- If tracking shows no movement for more than 2 business days past the delivery window above, email us with your order number and we will open a trace with J&T.
- Inspect the parcel on arrival. Damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging, are replaced or refunded in full. See our Refund policy.
- A parcel marked delivered by the courier that you did not receive should first be raised with J&T using the tracking number; we will support the claim.
7. Outside the Philippines
Only the 10-vial Kit format is offered to addresses outside the Philippines, by private courier at ₱4,900, at the price shown at checkout for your market. Contact us before placing an international order. Cash on Delivery is available in the Philippines only.
