What is the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend?

This is a two-compound research blend supplied in a single vial: BPC-157, a synthetic 15-amino-acid pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric-juice protein, and TB-500, the synthetic actin-binding fragment of thymosin beta-4, in a 1:1 mass ratio. The two are the most frequently co-ordered pair in our catalogue, so the blend removes the need to reconstitute and combine two separate vials. The per-component mass is stated on the vial label.

How it is used in research

Each component has its own literature: BPC-157 in tissue-repair, gastrointestinal and vascular models; TB-500 in cell-migration, actin-regulation and angiogenesis research. Storage and handling

Store lyophilised vials in a cool, dry place away from direct light; for storage beyond three months, keep frozen at -20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2 to 8°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. BPC-157 is generally regarded as less stable in solution over long periods than lipidated peptides: reconstitute smaller volumes more often rather than holding one solution for weeks. Blend or separate vials?

The blend suits a fixed 1:1 combination design. If a study needs to vary one component's concentration independently, order BPC-157 and TB-500 separately.

10 mg or 20 mg?

The 20 mg vial is cheaper per milligram; the 10 mg vial suits shorter studies where an opened vial would otherwise sit for weeks.
