What is GHK-Cu?

GHK is a naturally occurring tripeptide, glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine, first isolated from human plasma in the 1970s. It binds copper(II) with high affinity, and the copper complex, GHK-Cu, is the form used in most research. It is supplied as a blue lyophilised powder, the colour coming from the copper, in 50 mg and 100 mg vials. It is the lowest-cost research peptide per milligram we stock.

How it is used in research

GHK-Cu appears in extracellular-matrix and skin-tissue models, wound and tissue-repair models, gene-expression studies in cell culture, and copper-transport chemistry. It is one of the reference compounds in cosmetic-science research and is usually studied alongside Snap-8 and glutathione. Decades of peer-reviewed literature exist, mostly in cell culture and animal models.

Vial Vial + BAC Water Complete Set Kit (10 vials)
50 mg ₱1,000 ₱1,300 ₱7,000

  • Vial + BAC Water: one sealed GHK-Cu vial plus bacteriostatic water for reconstitution. For researchers who already have syringes and supplies.
  • Complete Set: vial, bacteriostatic water and syringes in one package. The usual starting point for a first order.
  • Kit (10 vials): bulk supply for extended research at a lower per-vial price.

The Kit is below the ₱10,000 free-shipping threshold on its own; adding any other item takes the order over it. Not sure which format fits? Read Vial, Complete Set or Kit?

Purity and testing

Regenwell PH sends batches for independent third-party analysis and publishes certificates on the Certificate of Analysis page, hosted on the testing platform under the lab's certificate ID so they can be checked without an account. If the current GHK-Cu certificate is not yet listed, message us with the product name before ordering and we will send it or tell you plainly that it is pending. How to read a certificate explains what to look for.

Shipping, payment and packaging

  • Coverage: nationwide across the Philippines by tracked courier. Metro Manila deliveries typically arrive 1 to 2 business days after dispatch; Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao provincial addresses 2 to 5 business days. Lalamove same-day is available in Metro Manila. Any pre-order or dispatch-lead-time notice shown on this page takes precedence.
  • Free shipping by J&T on orders of ₱10,000 or more.
  • Payment: GCash, Maya, Visa/Mastercard and bank transfer, processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on orders from ₱2,500 to ₱9,999.99: choose the Cash on Delivery (JnT) shipping option (₱250) and then COD as the payment method. Orders of ₱10,000 or more are prepaid only.
  • Packaging: vials are individually secured against breakage. Outer packaging is plain, with no product branding.
  • Order changes: orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before packing.

Storage and handling

Store lyophilised vials in a cool, dry place away from direct light; for storage beyond three months, keep frozen at -20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2 to 8°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. GHK-Cu's copper complex is sensitive to pH and to chelating agents: do not combine it in one solution with copper-binding compounds or buffers, and use bacteriostatic water rather than acetic water. Our storage guide and reconstitution and concentration reference cover laboratory handling in more detail.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the powder blue?

The copper(II) ion in the GHK-Cu complex. A white or pale powder sold as GHK-Cu is a reason to check the certificate.

50 mg or 100 mg?

The 100 mg vial is cheaper per milligram; the 50 mg vial suits shorter studies where an opened vial would otherwise sit for months.

How do I verify the batch I receive?

Open the COA page and match the certificate to GHK-Cu. Each certificate is hosted on the independent testing platform, so it can be checked without relying on our word. If it is not yet listed, ask us before ordering.

Is this a pharmaceutical or supplement product?

No. Regenwell PH supplies GHK-Cu as a research-grade material strictly for laboratory and educational study. It is not a registered medicine or supplement in the Philippines and is not for human or animal use.
