What is it?
Phosphate buffered saline is an isotonic, pH-buffered salt solution (sodium chloride with sodium and potassium phosphates) at approximately pH 7.4. It is a standard laboratory buffer used for dilution, washing and preparing peptide working solutions where physiological pH and ionic strength matter. Regenwell supplies it in 10 mL vials.
How it is used in research
PBS is used across peptide research as a dilution and assay buffer and as an alternative diluent where a buffered, non-bacteriostatic solution is required. Metro Manila deliveries typically arrive 1 to 2 business days after dispatch; Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao provincial addresses 2 to 5 business days. Lalamove same-day is available in Metro Manila. Storage and handling
Store sealed vials at room temperature away from direct light. Once a vial has been accessed, refrigerate at 2 to 8°C and use within the period appropriate for the solution; discard if cloudy or discoloured.
