What is SLU-PP-332?
SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule research compound, not a peptide. It is an agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERR alpha, beta and gamma), orphan nuclear receptors that regulate mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism in muscle. It was developed at Saint Louis University in the early 2020s as an exercise-mimetic tool compound and is supplied in 10 mg vials.
How it is used in research
SLU-PP-332 appears in ERR-pathway pharmacology, exercise-mimetic and muscle-metabolism research, in cell culture and rodent models. It is an early-stage research tool with no clinical development. Regenwell PH sends batches for independent third-party analysis and publishes certificates on the Certificate of Analysis page, hosted on the testing platform under the lab's certificate ID so they can be checked without an account. Storage and handling
Store lyophilised vials in a cool, dry place away from direct light; for storage beyond three months, keep frozen at -20°C.
