What is it?
A non-woven pad saturated with 75% ethyl alcohol, sealed in its own foil sachet. Each pad is opened once, used once and discarded. 75% is the concentration laboratories use for surface disinfection because it stays on the surface long enough to work rather than evaporating instantly. The box of 100 is the standard laboratory unit.
How it is used in research
Every reconstitution in our reconstitution reference starts the same way: wipe the rubber stopper of the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial before the needle goes anywhere near them, and let the surface dry. Pads are also used to wipe ampoule necks before snapping, to clean the bench and to clean a syringe barrel if it is handled. Plan two pads per vial reconstituted: one for the peptide vial, one for the diluent.

- Delivery: nationwide by tracked J&T courier. Orders paid by 12 noon, Monday to Saturday, ship the same day; later payments ship the next business day. After dispatch: Metro Manila 1 to 2 business days (or same-day Lalamove), Luzon provinces 2 to 4 business days, Visayas and Mindanao 5 to 7 business days. Full details in our shipping policy. - Payment: GCash, bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard through a secure Wise payment link. - Packaging: pads ship in the manufacturer's dispenser box, packed flat with the rest of the order. Outer packaging is plain, with no product branding.

Storage and handling
Store the box at room temperature away from heat and direct light, and keep the lid closed. Sachets are sealed against evaporation, but a pad that feels dry when opened should be discarded. Alcohol is flammable: keep away from open flame and let wiped surfaces dry before use. Used pads go in ordinary waste.
Frequently asked questions
Why 75% and not 90% or higher?
Higher concentrations evaporate before they have finished working. 75% is the laboratory standard for disinfecting surfaces and stoppers.
How many pads does one vial need?
Two per reconstitution: one for the peptide vial stopper, one for the diluent vial or ampoule. A box of 100 covers roughly 50 reconstitutions.
